CHOC Community Impact

Youth & Community Activities Coordinator - The Youth & Community Activities Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating After School Programs in 2 (two) affordable housing communities, in addition to assisting in planning, organizing, executing a variety of community activities. Community activities are aimed at engaging residents and promoting community cohesion. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to building strong relationships within the community.

Sterling Asset Management Company (Property Management)

Assistant Manager - Reporting to Manager and Director of Property Management. Works closely with the property’s Community Manager to support and coordinate all property management, maintenance, and construction activities. Assists Manager with collecting rent, posting notices, filling vacancies, and other assigned duties. Compliance Specialist - Reporting to the Director of Property Management. Responsible for remaining current on  affordable housing financing program regulations with specific focus on resident income eligibility determinations; training property management staff on program compliance procedures; approving eligibility determinations for all new move-ins; conducting periodic tenant file audits and monitoring resident income re-certifications at all SAMC-managed properties.
