Community Impact

Community Impact facilitates user-driven resident services, responding to urgent community needs and unprecedented socio-economic conditions.

Each CHOC Impact program is designed to meet that community’s unique needs, based upon community findings and an official Health and Community Assessment. This assessment examines a community’s employment, financial management / budgeting, social services, educational, community service, recreational and crisis needs.  On-site programs and activities are tailored to meet broad resident interest and the immediate needs of each property.

Community Impact VP Terri Smyth and Project Coordinator Juan Pulido meet a Lift To Rise’s Joe Mota, Director of Resident Engagement, Ariana Rodriguez, Resident Engagement Coordinator, and Barrett Newkirk, Communications Director.
