Rosa Parks is a 10-unit affordable housing community that offers 2 bedroom/1 bathroom townhouses. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply.

Unit amenities include: wall unit heat/air, a dishwasher, electric stove, and refrigerator. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a laundry room, courtyard, and a central location in Old Davis.

Applicants must go through a standard, on-site application process; we encourage you to visit each community of interest. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
