Rosewood Park is a 24-unit affordable housing community that offers 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom, and 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments and townhouses. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply.

Unit amenities include: central heat/air, a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, and patio. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include a laundry room and playground.
