Sterling Court is a 4-unit affordable housing community that offers 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply.

Unit amenities include: wall unit heat/air, electric stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups and carport parking. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage.

Applicants must go through a standard, on-site application process; we encourage you to visit each community of interest. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
