Washington Square is a 40-unit residential community that offers 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom, 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom, and 4 bedroom/1.5 bathroom units. Housing Choice Voucher holders are eligible to apply.

Unit amenities include: central air and electric heating, a refrigerator, and washer/dryer hookups (in 3 and 4 bedroom units only). Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. Other amenities include a community room with a computer.
